Mykel set for ‘Ogun Skugga’ stage

Flypad’s Chief Operation Officer – Mykel Aghado aka Mickar el set to grace the Ogun Skugga once again this April after a successful run last year, at the Lagos Theatre Festival.

Ogun Skugga, a story by Dr. Lekan Balogun, and directed by Abdulwali Balogun tells the story of the Nigerian Civil war in subverting people’s will and the involvement of the veteran Professor Wole Soyinka in curtailing the political ills at that time, which ultimately led him to being incarcerated. This play has Mykel interpret the role of grandseer, a top soldier.

Ogun Skugga is billed to show three times in three days –

– April 12, 7:30pm

April 13, 7:00pm

April 14, 7:30pm,

at the main stage of the Freedom park, Broad Street, Lagos Island. Tickets to this play is available on major ticket stores online like Ariiya Tickets. You can see the poster for more info on reservations.
